Climax-Scotts Community Schools issued the following announcement on Dec 21.

Thank you to all those who attended our 2021 Panther Winter Band Concert.  The 6th Grade band, CS Choir, CS Jazz Band, and the JH and HS Bands performed a total of 15 songs.  It was great to see so many of our students perform.  Thank you Ms. Evans, CS Band Director, for hosting such a nice evening!

Western Michigan University has started construction on a new geological repository aimed at expanding research capabilities across various fields such as carbon capture and mineral identification. The facility will provide enhanced storage space for geological samples while offering hands-on learning opportunities for students.
