Jordyn Bonnema, a former Kalamazoo Christian High School star who now plays for the Grand Valley State Lakers, will take part in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The Lakers enter the tournament as the No. 1 seed and will take on the No. 8 seed Maryville Saints in the opening round.
The opener is scheduled for Friday, March 13 at 5 p.m. at the GVSU Fieldhouse.
