JUST AN UPDATE FROM MDOT-
The culvert replacement at M-21 and Durand Road. The main work was completed last night and both roads opened up. We still have some punch list items and will need to place the permanent pavement markings in the spring. The flashing signal is up but we are waiting for power, should be set in the next couple days.
