Create & implement development plans to promote economic growth
Manage grants for eligible blighted or historic projects
Fund large-scale projects to support new development
Board of Review
Review property assessment roll, hear appeals, and make any necessary corrections related to real and personal property assessments authorized by statute.
Planning Commission
Develop master land use plan to guide physical, social, and economic development. Recommend rezoning requests and changes to the zoning ordinance. Approve special use permits and review site plans.
Zoning Board of Appeals
Interpret ordinance, consider zoning ordinance variance requests, and hear appeals regarding administrative zoning decisions.
Construction Board of Appeals
Determines the suitability of alternate materials and methods of construction, considers appeals involving the administration and enforcement of State and local construction codes.
