New “Yoga 4 Life” Course Continues This Winter

Portage Parks & Recreation is offering a new adult yoga class, Yoga 4 Life, this winter.  Yoga is an excellent way to relax, refocus, and improve your strength, balance, and flexibility.  Yoga 4 Life will meet on Tuesdays, from 7 to 8 PM, January 10 through February 14 at Portage Parks & Recreation, 320 Library Lane (formerly the Portage Senior Center).  Personal fitness trainer, Josie Moorlag, will instruct this 6-week yoga class for adults 18+ of all levels of experience.  The fee is $75 per student.  Space is limited and registration closes December 16.  To register, visit mypark.portagemi.gov and click on the purple “Recreation Activities & Facility Rentals” button.
