Proper order to apply sunscreen/bug spray

0Comments

Did you know there is a proper order to apply sunscreen/bug spray? According to the CDC, apply sunscreen first, wait about 20 minutes for the sunscreen to be absorbed completely, and then apply bug spray.

The CDC also recommends avoiding products that combine sunscreen and repellent because you’ll likely need to reapply sunscreen more often than repellent. And it’s better to use only as much repellent as you need. Be sure to follow the directions on the package for each product!
