Public Hearing – New Ordinance – Mobile Food Trucks

City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Mar 10.

The Owosso City Council has set a public hearing for Monday, March 21, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers to receive citizen comment regarding the proposed addition of Chapter 16.8, Mobile Food Vending, to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Owosso to govern the operation of mobile food trucks within the City limits.  This Ordinance may be purchased or inspected in the City Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or may be viewed in its entirety by clicking the link below.

Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 301 West Main Street, Owosso, Michigan 48867 or to city.clerk@ci.owosso.mi.us prior to the meeting.  Verbal comments may be recorded on the City Council voicemail at 989-725-0596 or made at the meeting.
