City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Feb 23.

Your input is needed!  The City Council has scheduled a public hearing for Monday, March 7, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, 301 West Main Street to receive citizen comment regarding the proposed amendment to Sect. 19-89(b), Curfews for minors, of Chapter 19, Offenses, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Owosso to change the age of minors subject to curfew to comply with changes in state law.
