The City of Charlotte is requesting proposals from land use planning consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive update of the Community Master Plan, as defined in and for the purposes of the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, MCL 125.3801 et seq, and a subsequent, comprehensive rewrite of the City’s Zoning Ordinance in accordance with the updates to the Community Master Plan.
