City of Kalamazoo issued the following announcement on Sept. 06.
The state Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA) will hold an education and outreach session on its Social Equity Program at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18 at the Kalamazoo Public Library.
The Social Equity Program is designed to encourage participation in the marijuana industry by people who live in Michigan communities which have been disproportionately impacted by marijuana prohibition and enforcement.
