City of Kalamazoo issued the following announcement on June 04.
Mayor David Anderson was urging all Kalamazoo residents to join him and Americans across the country in a moment of silence at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, June 4 for 8 minutes and 46 seconds.
If you can, you are encouraged to stop everything you are doing at that time, and take those moments to honor the life of George Floyd.
