County of Kalamazoo issued the following announcement on Aug 7.
Eleanor Street will be closed between Park Street and Church Street for underground utility tie-ins for the new Kalamazoo County Downtown Justice Facility project from Monday, August 9, 2021, through Friday, August 13, 2021. Please see attached for a quick sketch of the area to be closed in Orange.
The sidewalk on the Southside of Eleanor Street will remain open, and the Crosswalk across Park Street.
