City of Holland issued the following announcement on Sept 7.
Hosted by the Human Relations Commission, this update will address what the current federal and state eviction regulations are and how those are being complied with in Ottawa County and handled in the 58th District Court. This will include eviction filing and procedure requirements in the 58th District Court that are impacted by current pandemic related orders as well as an overview of Ottawa County’s Eviction Diversion program.
The presenter will be Chief Judge Bradley S. Knoll of the 58th District Court in Ottawa County.
