City of Charlotte recently issued the following announcement.
Attention Drivers - Street Closure
West Seminary St. from S. Clinton St. to Pearl St. will be
closed to thru traffic on Wednesday, September 8th from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm for road work to restore asphalt.
Please seek an alternate route and use caution in the area.
