The City of Kalamazoo is in the process of seeking a new City Attorney who will be appointed by the Kalamazoo City Commission. It is important to the City Commission to have community input on what type of character traits are important to them with the City’s next City Attorney.
The City of Kalamazoo has launched a brief online survey where residents can give their input on the preferred traits and skills for the next City Attorney. This information will be shared with the City Commission prior to their upcoming work session to discuss the launch of the City Attorney search. The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall.
The survey can be found at www.kalamazoocity.org/AttorneySearch or on the City’s website: www.kalamazoocity.org. The survey will be open through August 29.
