Saturday, Feb. 22: Kalamazoo Central High School standout Avery Thielman’s college team loses to Louisville Cardinals

On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Kalamazoo Central High School standout Avery Thielman’s current college team, the Western Michigan Broncos, lost 14-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Louisville Cardinals.

The game took place at Jim Patterson Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Broncos’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Jim Patterson Stadium against Louisville Cardinals.
