Sunday, March 9: Portage Northern High School standout Nolan McCarthy’s college team wins to Columbia Lions

On Sunday, March 9, former Portage Northern High School standout Nolan McCarthy’s current college team, the Georgia Bulldogs, won 9-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Columbia Lions.

The game took place at Foley Field. This was their third matchup against the Lions this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 3 p.m. at Foley Field against East Tennessee State Buccaneers.
