Westbound M-21 will be closed between Washington Street and Park Street beginning at 6am on Friday, October 21, 2022 for a sanitary sewer lateral replacement. This work is expected to be complete by end of day Monday, October 24, 2022, weather permitting. A westbound M-21 detour will be in place utilizing N Park St, Mason St, and N Water St. On-street parking will be prohibited along the detour route. A map of the project area and detour route is attached. Eastbound M-21 will remain open with the inside lane closed at times. The parking lot south of the Armory and the old Owosso middle school parking lot will be closed during the duration of the project.
